Dialogue for Peaceful Change: Training of Facilitators in Northern Ireland
Conflicts are natural. Driving conflicts to violence is not an obligation! How can we make use of positive sides of conflicts and at the same time avoiding the bad consequences we experience quite often - either in newspapers or sometimes in our own lives.
This is at stake in the project Dialogue for Peaceful Change. The Training of Facilitators offers appropriate and practical skills to deal with conflicts and situations of conflicts more effectively.
The first ToF, which will take place in 2008, is scheduled
from 10th February (arrival 5 pm)
to 15th February (departure 2 pm)
in Corrymeela, an ecumenical centre in Ballycastle, No. Ireland.
Participation fee is GBP 300 for the full training (Euro 450).
The main trainers are Rachel Craig and Liza Kelly.
Applicants should contact mrs. Oona Faloona at Corrymeela.
